Since the Cape Cod Canal is one of our favorite places to fish, the Cape Cod Salties will be working with the Army Corps of Engineers to clean up trash in this important area.

Thanks to Salties members Lou MacKeil, Bill Cottle, and George Gardner, this is the 37th time the Salties have spent a day cleaning up the canal!

Participants should arrive a little before 8:30 AM for coffee and snacks and to hear the briefing from the ACOE Park Ranger on what areas need to be cleaned up.

Please bring weather-appropriate clothing and work gloves. Be prepared for walking and for collecting trash and assorted debris.

No Cookout this time, but please come early to socialize and have coffee and snacks.

No Rain Date: The event will be canceled Friday evening if needed due to the weather.
