The Cape Cod Salties Foundation is a 501C3 corporation founded in 2018.
The Foundation was created to be able to solicit grants and to collect tax deductible donations to support the upgrade or construction of artificial reefs, other fishing related projects, and scholarship grants.
The Foundation is governed by the Cape Cod Salties Sportfishing Club Officers and Directors (together known as the Board of Directors), but the Board, after the annual election must select any one of its members to be the Chairman of the Foundation, in addition to their Board title and duties.
The current Chairman of the Cape Cod Salties Foundation is Randall Sherman.
